Good Bye Kathi and Thorsten

Our car was almost rolling on Kathi´s and Thorsten´s tent. Luckily nothing happend and they are both alive.

It was time to bring order to a big chaos...  ;-)

Time to say goodye... It was an odysse till both got to Australia but in the end we had a real great and super funny time with you! Thank you so much for visiting us.

Cathedral Fig Tree and more

The Cathedral Fig Tree... One of the most impressive trees we have ever seen.

This tree has a cruel history... What you can see on those pictures is a fig variety that grows on branches of a tree and sends roots down to the ground and then slowly kills the host tree.

It was as big as a coach.

Kathi and Thorsten cooked at Lake Eacham and we were the judges of this Masterchef challenge. ("Masterchef" is a nice Australian cooking programme that we watched all the time in the roadhouse)
