Buenos Aires - part I

Finally we made it to Buenos Aires... It was a little bit hard to get with the bus from the airport into the center because it is very hard to get any coins in this city. And unfortunately you can pay your busticket only with coins. So we spent nearly an hour at the airport to organize some coins. Eventually we got some coins from a coke vending machine. But besides that Buenos Aires is a very nice and vibrant city. You could also think that you are in Rome.

After we were sleeping a long time we visited on our first day the district "La Boca" and walked past the football stadium of the Boca Juniors. Unfortunately there was no match during the time we were in BA. It must be a great atmosphere!

I (Jo) could imagine a nice looking Argentinian girl with this string...

Football everywhere in La Boca....

Caminito in La Boca... This mall is famous for the colourful houses and has some historical background. But don´t ask us.

Cable salad...

An Argentinian ute.

BA downtown near to Plaza de Mayo...
